Animal specialities - Sanitisation

It is important than anything involving animals is properly cleaned and sanitised before use and so this particular manufacturer of dog kennels asked ICS to provide spray nozzles that would enable hygienic cleaning, sanitisation and washing in a cost effective but efficient way.

To meet the customer's wants a rotating spray head was mounted in the roof pointing inside the kennel with a quick release connection, for connection to the feed pipe. This allowed for either individual or a whole row of kennels to be cleaned quickly by one person, cutting down on time and labour.

The customer was pleased with this unique, quick, effective and economical solution.

 

How did we do it?

TE1

This self cleaning and self rotating CIP nozzle is to be used in the cleaning of tanks and vessels andoperates in a vertical plane.

This nozzle contains no ball bearings and minimum moving parts and is therefore subject to less wear and subsequent maintenance.

It is constructed entirely of SS316 and all internal and external surfaces are machined to a smooth finish.
