Carbide Spray Nozzles
A variety of carbide materials are available giving excellent spray characteristic results, combined with good wear resistance. Carbide spray nozzles are capable of having a variety of different carbide tips, making them versatile and easy to install in numerous applications.
Carbide offers durability whilst remaining cost effective. Certain Carbide spray nozzles can operate at temperatures of up to 1,200ºC, making them ideal for process applications operating at such high temperatures.
The use of carbide materials in the spray nozzle industry is widespread and is the industry standard for the internal components in spray drying nozzles. Applications also include tips for descaling nozzles.
