CIP - Cleaning in Place
Tank washing is often the major use of water, detergents, energy and resulting effluent discharge. Selecting the optimum cleaning head design and applying best practice, it is easily possible to save 75% in volumes and costs compared to existing tank cleaning processes.
In addition to reducing the wash liquor volumes and costs, improved cleaning process has contributed to increase in product quality by controlling risks of cross-contamination between different products.
