Fortunately we can meet your cleaning in place requirements, offering the right solution through our comprehensive range of CIP products.

Static spray nozzles
We can meet your more conventional cleaning applications by the use of static spray nozzles.
The Statojet spray nozzle is suitable for tank washing up to 9 metres in diameter with volumes of 0.6 – 22 m³/hr and pressures of between 0.3 to 100 bar.

Rotary self turning spray nozzles
The TC rotary cleaning range offers barrel & keg washing solutions through to tank and vessel diameters of up to 10 mtrs.
These self turning spray nozzles start to operate at pressures of less than 1 bar, with an optimum operating pressure of 3-4 bar.
The Rotajet compliments the TC range and with its more advanced design makes it an ideal choice for your more sophisticated tank washing demands.

Motorised Rotary Heads
Where your demands are more rigorous and sophisticated then a mechanical cleaning spray head, with pneumatic, or electric drives must be considered. Intricate spray patterns are created ensuring full cleaning cycles.
