Scanjet Systems - Responsible Tank Cleaning
ICS and Scanjet Systems have formed a new partnership to supply industrial customers in the British Isles with “responsible tank cleaning solutions”. Scanjet Systems based in Sweden is a member of the Scanjet Group one of the world’s largest and most frequently chosen supplier of tank cleaning equipment.
Scanjet is dedicated to tank cleaning and is constantly developing new machines to meet and exceed our customer’s needs. Today our product range is divided up in to three main groups: Rotary Spray heads, Rotary jet heads and the SC Range.
Rotary Spray heads
A Rotary Spray head is what we at Scanjet consider to be the next step up from a static spray ball. The Rotary Spray head is powered by the cleaning media causing the head to rotate and deliver a power wave of water sweeping away any foreign substances from the side of the tank. The Rotary Spray head uses at least 25% less water than a standard Spray ball and come in a range of different spray patterns. Our Rotary Spray heads are as standard made from 316L stainless steel to meet the most stringent hygienic standards.

Rotary Jet heads
Process and storage tanks of a larger nature, or products proving hard to clean could require a rotary jet head. The Bio 10 and Bio 25 are self driven hygienic tank cleaning heads. Both machines are self cleaning and the Bio 25, the worlds most advanced tank cleaning machine, also features a unique down pipe cleaning capability, making it a truly 360 degree coverage. The versatile Bio 10 and 25 are used in tank cleaning and CIP systems in a vast range of global industries including breweries, food production, cosmetic and pharma.

The SC range
The SC range is designed and proven to work in some of the toughest tank cleaning environments. The external drive tank cleaning heads can be powered by turbine, air or electricity, to suite you application. The air driven machines are fully programmable allowing you to sector target the really hard to clean problem areas.
The SC range boasts both portable and fixed cleaning solutions for tanks ranging from just a couple of meters up to 100 meters in diameter.
